A soft all natural 100% cotton terry cloth towel pre-moistened with a unique formula that instantly cools and refreshes on contact. Our formula contains purified water, mild natural denatured alcohol, menthol; pure plant essential oils coupled with aloe vera extract to sooth and moisturize your skin. The fresh subtle natural citrus fragrance is uplifting, refreshing and a reminiscence of the delicate spring fragrance of Florida's citrus orchards.
CHILL Cooling Towels need not be refrigerated before use. In fact, independent tests indicate that, right out of the package without refrigeration, CHILL Cooling Towels are about 20 degrees cooler than body temperature.
No special handling is required. Our customers have reported that they kept their CHILL Cooling Towels in a locked hot car and the towels immediately cooled as soon as they opened the package and shook the towel. However, you can choose to refrigerate or freeze them before use to enhance their performance.
CHILL Cooling Towels are hygienically sealed in individual resealable packages and are designed for personal single use and are disposable or recyclable for other purposes after washing. Additionally, since CHILL Cooling Towels contain all natural ingredients they are environmentally friendly when disposed of properly.

Why does a CHILL Cooling Towel feel so cool and refreshing right out of the package without refrigeration?
CHILL's unique formula instantly enhances your body's natural cooling process of evaporation of perspiration. Additionally it contains natural Menthol, which provides a cooling sensation and natural Aloe Vera Extract, which aids in moisturizing the skin.
Is the CHILL Cooling Towel really cool or does it just seem cool?
From its very beginning, CHILL has extensively tested its products, using TUV-Rhineland, a world renowned testing company with expertise in documenting the quality of new and existing products. Tests showed that the towel actually measures, on a calibrated thermometer, 30 degrees cooler than body temperature. And, depending on the towel's use, it stays more than 20 degrees (again, as measured by a calibrated thermometer) cooler than body temperature for 3-8 hours, even with multiple uses during that time.
How do I use my CHILL Cooling Towel for maximum benefit?
Once removed from package simply open up the towel, shake it out, wipe your face and place it around your neck to help lower your body temperature. You'll immediately feel CHILL's cooling sensation dissipate the heat and provide immediate relief. Complete instructions for use are found on our package.
How long will the cooling effects of my CHILL Cooling Towel last?
We have had the towels in the new resealable packaging tested by an independent testing company (results available) and found that, if you use the towel four times a day for 15 minutes each time and return it to the new resealable packaging, the towels lasted from 3 to 8 days!
CHILL works with your body's natural evaporation process and the climate in your area. As a personal evaporating cooling towel, the cooling effect lasts longer in hot and humid climates and for shorter durations in arid climates. Durations will vary based on specific applications.
Can I reuse my CHILL Cooling Towel?
CHILL Cooling Towels are hygienically sealed at the factory in individual resealable packaging and are designed for multiple uses. After each use, place the towel back in the resealable package. When you are ready to use the towel again, just open the package, shake the towel out (making sure it is still moist), and, like magic, the towel is instantly cool! The 100% terry cloth cotton towels are biodegradable if disposed of properly or recyclable for many other uses.
